After continuing to monitor the weather this week, we’ve decided to delay the start of Time Trails (on Saturday) to later in the morning to allow temperatures to warm up for our swimmers (click Read More to see revised timeline). It is expected to be below 60°F during our original setup time, so this adjustment is being made with swimmer safety and comfort in mind.

We have also made the decision to cancel practice on Friday due to predicted weather. Everyone, get some extra rest to be ready for Saturday! 

If you need to update your swimmer’s meet entry or your volunteer sign-up, please email the team to let us know. We are in the process of adjusting all volunteer check-in times in SwimTopia; please bear with us as we work through those updates.

Individual photos will now take place from 7:30AM–9:00 AM and will end promptly at 9:00 so we can begin lining up for the team photo at 9:15. A sign-up for individual pictures (<click to go to link) has been created; while walk-ups are welcome, if we run out of time we may not be able to include you.

All swimmers will need to be checked in at their age group tent by 9:00AM and we will begin lining up for team photo at 9:15AM.
