Practice Groups

SCROLL TO BOTTOM OF PAGE TO SEE FULL PRACTICE SCHEDULE

Practices are grouped according to SKILL LEVEL. See the descriptions below to determine which group best applies to your swimmer.

  • Returning swimmers, please carefully consider if your swimmer needs to move up to the next group (do not move them up just because it is the next group/year). It's important they become proficient and legal in the skills/technique each group focuses on before moving to the next group. Do not assume they are ready for the next level up.
  • For best practice, a swimmer should spend at least 2 seasons at each level, to become proficient in the skills taught at that level.
  • See "How to Find Account Info" for instructions to confirm which group your swimmer is assigned to.

Placement adjustments can be made by the board and/or coaches, anytime throughout the season. If you have any questions about your swimmer's group placement please email us at [email protected]
